How it works

Three steps, and the third one is the only one you will do twice

01Connect the booksOne QuickBooks company per business, connected once. Anything QuickBooks does not hold comes in as a CSV.
02Point four columnsPeriod, business, account, amount. QuickBooks fills them in for you; a spreadsheet takes about a minute.
03Arrange your pageDrag the numbers you care about to the top. It is your home page, not ours, and it stays that way.

What it does

Built for the way a holding company actually reports

One number at the top, every business under it

The consolidated figure is the headline. Any business opens in place — no second screen, no export, no waiting on someone to build a report.

Three levels deep, because that is how you are organized

A holding company, its businesses, and the units inside them. Every one picks its own icon and color, so a line on a chart is recognizable before you read the label.

A real pivot table, not four canned charts

Drag any field into rows, columns or values and the table redraws while you hold it. Save it, and it becomes a widget on your home page.

The same answers on a phone

Not a cut-down version — the same page, arranged for a thumb. The one thing that scrolls sideways is a pivot table, because a pivot you cannot compare across is a list.

Pricing

Priced on businesses, not on people

The number of sets of books is the value, so it is also the meter. Everyone at your company is included on every plan — the partner, the bookkeeper and the ops manager all looking at the same tile is the habit this exists to create, not something to charge for.

14 days, everything onNo card to start. There is no free plan — one set of books is not a rollup.
Annual is two months freeSame plans, paid once a year.
An extra business is $20/moPast two of them, the next plan up is cheaper — we would rather say so than let it ride.
Departments are freeA billable business is one with its own books and its own connection, at any level of the tree. A department inside one is a field on the row, and never counts.
